TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY, COMMUNITY STANDARDS, AND LEGAL POLICIES

This Legal Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of Vileads and related services operated by Valdrya Technologies Inc. (“Valdrya,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Vileads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:

• “Platform” means the Vileads application, website, services, software, APIs, infrastructure, and related technologies.
• “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• “Content” means any text, image, video, audio, data, links, messages, comments, documents, or other material uploaded, transmitted, or displayed through the Platform.
• “User Content” means Content submitted or generated by users.
• “Services” means all functionalities, features, communications, products, and services provided through Vileads.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may only use the Platform if:

• You are at least thirteen (13) years old;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited under applicable law.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted this Agreement on your behalf.

Valdrya reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who fail to meet eligibility requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials;
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized account access;
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

You may not:

• Create accounts using false identities;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Sell, transfer, or share accounts without authorization;
• Circumvent account restrictions or enforcement actions.

Valdrya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

Vileads may provide features including but not limited to:

• Social interaction and networking;
• Political discussions and debates;
• News feeds and content distribution;
• Messaging and communication tools;
• Educational courses and events;
• Public or private communities;
• User profiles and networking;
• Multimedia publication tools;
• Advertising and promotional systems;
• Premium features and subscriptions;
• Recommendation systems and algorithmic feeds.

Certain Services may be modified, discontinued, restricted, or expanded at any time without liability.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1 Ownership

Users retain ownership of their User Content.

However, by submitting, publishing, or uploading Content to the Platform, you grant Valdrya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to:

• host,
• store,
• reproduce,
• distribute,
• display,
• adapt,
• modify,
• publish,
• analyze,
• and process

such Content solely for purposes related to operation, improvement, moderation, security, promotion, and provision of the Services.

This license terminates within a commercially reasonable period after deletion of the Content, except where retention is legally required.

5.2 User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights necessary to publish the Content;
• Your Content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Your Content complies with applicable laws and this Agreement;
• Your Content does not contain malicious code, spam, or unlawful material.

5.3 Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their Content and interactions.

Valdrya does not endorse, guarantee, verify, or assume responsibility for User Content, opinions, statements, or political positions expressed on the Platform.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Promote violence, terrorism, or extremism;
• Publish hate speech or discriminatory content;
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse others;
• Engage in coordinated manipulation or disinformation campaigns;
• Spread knowingly false information likely to cause public harm;
• Impersonate individuals, organizations, or public figures;
• Publish confidential or private information without authorization;
• Exploit, harm, or endanger minors;
• Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive conduct;
• Upload malware, automated scripts, or harmful code;
• Circumvent moderation or security systems;
• Conduct unauthorized scraping or data extraction;
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights;
• Use bots or automated political amplification systems;
• Manipulate platform engagement metrics;
• Interfere with platform integrity or operations.

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS & MODERATION

7.1 Enforcement Authority

Valdrya maintains and enforces Community Standards designed to protect users, democratic discourse, platform integrity, and legal compliance.

We reserve the right to:

• remove Content,
• reduce visibility,
• disable features,
• restrict reach,
• suspend accounts,
• permanently terminate accounts,
• report conduct to authorities,
• preserve evidence for legal purposes.

Enforcement decisions may be based on:

• automated systems,
• human review,
• user reports,
• legal obligations,
• security assessments,
• risk evaluations.

7.2 Political Content

Vileads permits political discussions and ideological debate. However, the following are prohibited:

• voter suppression;
• election manipulation;
• incitement to violence;
• coordinated misinformation;
• fabricated electoral claims intended to deceive;
• foreign interference activity;
• organized harassment campaigns.

During elections, emergencies, or periods of elevated civic risk, moderation measures may be intensified.

7.3 Appeals

Users may appeal certain enforcement actions by contacting:

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

8. CHILD SAFETY & MINOR PROTECTION POLICY

8.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy

Valdrya maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment.

Prohibited material includes:

• child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”);
• sexualized depictions involving minors;
• grooming behavior;
• solicitation involving minors;
• exploitative interactions;
• child trafficking content;
• nudity involving minors;
• predatory conduct.

Any detected violations may result in:

• immediate account termination;
• preservation of evidence;
• reporting to relevant authorities;
• reporting to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where legally required.

8.2 Minor Safety Measures

Valdrya may implement:

• age verification systems;
• content filtering;
• automated detection technologies;
• reporting systems;
• messaging restrictions;
• safety interventions.

Users may not misrepresent their age.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1 Information We Collect

Information Provided by Users

• Name;
• Email address;
• Username;
• Profile information;
• User Content;
• Communications with support.

Technical Information

• Device type;
• Operating system;
• App version;
• IP address;
• Crash reports;
• Log information;
• Diagnostic data;
• Anonymous identifiers.

Usage Information

• Interactions with content;
• Engagement metrics;
• Feature usage;
• Security signals;
• Moderation indicators.

9.2 Sensitive Information

Vileads does not request political affiliation information directly.

However, political preferences or ideological interests may be inferred from voluntarily published Content or interactions.

Such information may be processed for:

• spam prevention,
• platform integrity,
• content relevance,
• abuse detection,
• recommendation systems,
• safety enforcement.

9.3 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Unless explicitly required for specific features, Valdrya does not intentionally collect:

• precise GPS location,
• contact lists,
• banking credentials,
• private device files.

9.4 Use of Information

We may use information to:

• operate and maintain the Platform;
• personalize user experiences;
• improve recommendations;
• moderate content;
• detect abuse and fraud;
• provide customer support;
• send notifications;
• comply with legal obligations;
• enforce this Agreement.

9.5 Analytics & Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers including analytics, cloud hosting, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and infrastructure services.

These may include services provided by Google LLC, Firebase, or similar providers.

Third-party providers may process data under their own policies.

9.6 Data Sharing

Valdrya does not sell personal information.

However, information may be shared with:

• service providers;
• infrastructure vendors;
• legal authorities;
• fraud prevention partners;
• compliance providers;
• affiliated entities;
• transaction successors in mergers or acquisitions.

9.7 International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

9.8 Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide Services;
• comply with legal obligations;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce agreements;
• protect platform integrity.

Certain Content may persist in backups or archival systems for limited periods.

9.9 User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request:

• access,
• correction,
• deletion,
• restriction,
• export,
• objection to processing.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform technology, software, branding, visual elements, interfaces, databases, and proprietary systems are owned by Valdrya or its licensors.

Users may not:

• reverse engineer;
• reproduce;
• copy;
• distribute;
• modify;
• exploit;
• resell;
• create derivative works

without prior written authorization.

11. COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

Valdrya respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe Content infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

• identification of copyrighted work;
• identification of infringing material;
• contact information;
• good-faith statement;
• accuracy declaration under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers may have accounts permanently terminated.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & MONETIZATION

The Platform may offer:

• premium subscriptions;
• paid features;
• digital services;
• advertising systems;
• monetization tools;
• creator services.

Additional commercial terms may apply.

Valdrya is not responsible for disputes between users, consultants, advertisers, creators, or third-party providers.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALDRYA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY,
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
• NON-INFRINGEMENT,
• AVAILABILITY,
• ACCURACY,
• SECURITY,
• RELIABILITY.

Valdrya does not guarantee that:

• the Platform will be uninterrupted,
• Content will be accurate,
• Services will be error-free,
• users will behave lawfully,
• moderation will detect all harmful material.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALDRYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• indirect damages;
• consequential damages;
• reputational harm;
• data loss;
• business interruption;
• political consequences;
• user conduct;
• third-party actions;
• reliance on content;
• moderation decisions.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• USD $100; or
• amounts paid by the user to Valdrya during the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valdrya, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims arising out of:

• your Content;
• your use of the Platform;
• your violation of this Agreement;
• your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

16. TERMINATION

Valdrya may suspend or terminate access at any time for reasons including:

• policy violations;
• legal risk;
• abuse;
• fraud;
• security concerns;
• harmful conduct.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

17. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration;
• class actions are waived;
• claims must be brought individually.

This section may not apply where prohibited by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable disputes shall lie in Delaware courts.

19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Valdrya may modify this Agreement at any time.

Material changes may be communicated through:

• email,
• notifications,
• platform announcements,
• updated publication dates.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
